How a SNAP! Photo Day Works

We’ve developed and refined our photo day process over many years to make it as hassle free as possible for your club and its members.

  • Contact SNAP! to schedule your clubs picture day
  • We will send order forms along with coach instructions and schedules to the league coordinator for distribution
  • On your scheduled photo day a SNAP! team will be there to answer any questions and run a smooth picture day.
  • In 2-3 weeks your clubs pictures will be finished and ready to deliver. They can either be returned back to the club to be distributed or we also offer the option of mailing the packages directly to your players homes.

Fundraising

SNAP! has great fundraising programs that will help your club increase its bottom-line without increasing the price of pictures to your families. Tell us your goals and we’ll suggest how you can reach them utilizing a SNAP! photo program. From raffles of special items to percentage rebates on sales — we can suggest dozens of alternative ways to use photos to raise additional funds for your club.

Custom Graphics For ALL

For every league SNAP shoots we create a set of custom graphics incorporating your logo and organizations colors at no additional charge!

Fast Turnaround

With SNAP as your organizations picture vendor you can expect the fastest turnaround possible, within 3-4 weeks following picture day. And delivering pictures back to your players is a SNAP! We offer several delivery methods including hand delivery to league (with name labeling upon request), shipping to league, or shipping packages to each players home.
