The only things you will need on picture day are your athlete and any sports equipment they would like to use. This can include: bats, gloves, helmet, soccer ball, cleats, etc. (All photos are full length so be sure to wear the right shoes!).

When your team checks-in we will have a ‘Photo Ticket’ ready for each player and coach which they will hand in to the photographer when their photos are taken.

If you play or coach for multiple teams be sure to bring your jersey for each. You will need to have a separate photo taken for each team. Be sure to tell the SNAP! check-in representative that you play or coach for more than one team and they will provide you with a photo ticket for each.

Our composite team photos offer maximum flexibility for the organization and busy parents. By taking photos of each player and coach individually then using digital magic to bring them all together we can ensure that every player and coach is perfectly lit and blink free.

If a player or coach can’t make it to the scheduled photo time they can still come at any other point in the day and they will be present in the team photo.

One of the best parts about a SNAP Photo day is that there are no forms to be filled out by parents! Using the roster leagues provide us with we will have a ‘Photo Ticket’ ready to go for each player and coach. When your team checks-in we will distribute a form to each player which they hand in to the photographer when they have their photo taken.

The only thing that may need to be written down on the form is a contact email (if we don’t have it there will be a box for it to be write it down in) so that we can send you the link to your child’s gallery when it is posted 2 weeks after photo day.

Absolutely, we call these ‘Buddy Photos’. Though because we are creating composite team images they will also need to have their photo taken individually. After having their photo taken individually we are more than happy to snap a few of them together!

You can order this photo specifically through our online preorder shop (look for Buddy Photo products) and they will also be available for viewing and ordering in your child’s online gallery posted approximately 2 weeks after photo day.

If you missed the preorder window no need to worry, you will still have an opportunity to order. Approximately 2 weeks after photo day secure online galleries will be posted for each athlete. Assuming we have your email address (either provided on your child’s form on photo day or by your organization) you will receive an email with a link to your child’s gallery.

Absolutely! One of the most popular photos that we take are our Coach & Player photos and as a coach we are happy to provide you with a low-res digital copy perfect for sharing with friends and family.

To have this photo taken just make sure you are with your child at photo time we can SNAP this photo immediately after they take their individual photo. Your Coach & Player photo will then be available to you for download or ordering prints and other photo products in your child’s online gallery that gets posted 2 weeks after photo day.

And as always coaches will receive a free team photo download.

Yes, since our team photos are created as composites we will need to SNAP a quick photo of each coach to include them in the team photo.
