Roster submission

Your leagues’ roster gives us all the information we need to make your photo day as efficient and accurate as possible. By utilizing the roster from your organization we are able to setup our Preorder Store so parents can select their athlete when ordering photos. A roster also guarantees that players and coaches are correctly placed in their composite team photo.

Additionally, we use the roster to generate ‘Photo Tickets’ for all players and coaches so nothing is required to be filled out on photo day. Photo tickets are handed out by our check-in staff upon each teams arrival and are collected by the photographer when they have their photo taken.

Rosters are due 2 weeks before your scheduled photo day

The sooner you can provide your organizations roster to us the better! Ideally, we would like to have them at least two weeks prior to photo day so parents have sufficient time to place their discounted photo order and we have adequate time to prepare our photo day materials.

Roster Format

Our preferred formats are xlsx or csv. However, we can work with just about any format that you are able to easily provide.

Minimally, rosters should list all players and coaches on each team and include First Name, Last Name and Team Name.

Ideally, rosters also include a contact email for each player. We take privacy very seriously. This information is solely used to send out the link to our online preorder shop so parents know where they can order and to securely send out the link to each players personal gallery that is posted two weeks after photo day.
